It was just a commendable fit for a break on a long journey in Little Rock with definitely value for money. The staff was really kind and helpful, especially Sheila at the front desk, who made us feel welcome. If you need a cozy place for a short stay, this could do the job well.

The staff really made my stay enjoyable with their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the carpets in the hallways were in dire need of replacement, and the mix of odors upon entering was overwhelming. Overall, it felt like a decent choice for a comfortable stay in the area.

The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to access I430 and I630. I appreciated the reasonable rates for extended stays, which worked well for my budget. The staff, especially Sloene and Sheila, were incredibly accommodating and treated me like family. They really went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed. The room had a comfortable mattress, and I enjoyed the good water pressure in the shower, which made my mornings much better. However, there were some cleanliness issues that stood out. The stovetop burners and under the bed were quite dirty, and I found another guest's underwear left in the bathroom, which was very off-putting. The elevator seemed unreliable, not working consistently, which was inconvenient given my room was on a higher floor. Despite these issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the positive interactions with the friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable. I believe the management needs to improve their cleaning routine and address maintenance problems. Overall, this hotel had its high points but also some serious areas for improvement.

Naylin's exceptional service stood out during our five-night stay in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. While the overall cleanliness was acceptable, some corners were neglected. The location provided a great value for our family, especially during a busy period. However, the check-in process was notably slow, which was frustrating at the start of our visit.

The kitchenette in the Standard Queen Room provides a full-sized fridge, perfect for stashing snacks during a long stay. The layout of the room feels spacious enough to not be cramped, giving a little breathing room in an otherwise bustling place.
The carpets in the hallways show considerable wear and could use an upgrade. A mix of cooking odors and other smells hits you upon entry, which might be off-putting to some. The Wi-Fi connection is unreliable at times, making it challenging to stream or handle work. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the areas outside the rooms leaves something to be desired, as they could use a more thorough upkeep.
